Sixteen hundred years ago, St. Benedict recognized that God calls us to live lives of stability and ongoing spiritual formation.  The Rule of St. Benedict provides a way for that to happen, but is it for monastics only? Can it help u to live with the seeming contradictions of life when God's word and our experience are in tension? How can a rule help bring stability to our frequently all-too-busy lives so that we can be transformed as God desires?
